EcoShine Concept Sdn Bhd and EcoShine Accessories Sdn Bhd (“EcoShine”) are committed to the protection of your Personal Data in and outside of Malaysia. This personal data protection notice (“Notice”) explains the collection, processing and disclosure of your Personal Data pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (“Act”).
“Personal Data” means information about you which you have provided to EcoShine when you request for information, sign up for our products and services, enter into any commercial transactions with EcoShine and/or its related companies, upon registration as a user on any of our online portals, and may include but not limited to your name, age, identity card number, passport number, address, gender, date of birth, online identity, children basic details, marital status, occupation, bank account details, income range, contact information, email address, employer, race, ethnic origin, nationality, location data, media preference and usage, viewing, technical and device data when you visit our websites, including your browser or device type, unique device identifier, IP address and any additional information relating to you. Obligatory Personal Data and Impact Resulting from Failure to Supply Personal Data
It is obligatory to provide us with your Personal Data where it is indicated as such in any of our application, registration or request form which may be provided to you physically, through our online portals or our website (“Obligatory Personal Data”). Obligatory personal data are those that we require in order to provide you with our products and services.
